With fantastic summer weather, around 1500 visitors at the Campus Wilhelminenhof were able to carry out experiments, listen to lectures on current research topics, or find out more about their research at numerous stands with professors, students and scientists from the University of Applied Sciences Berlin (HTW).

Of course, the CBMI was there. On the place between the cafeteria and the H building with a view of the Spree, the self-driving cars of the deep.Learning project whizzed through the constantly changing course. Visitors had the possibility to measure their blood pressure or make a 3D scan of their own hands, detect cancer cells in the fluorescence microscope - or simply enjoy the great weather with an ice cream in one hand and an info flyer in the other hand.

In addition, Labor 42 - Cyber-Security's Learning Lab - was opened for the first time. Here, visitors were able to find out about threats to cyberattacks in the public sector, the economy, but also the private environment - and, of course, informed about protection measures. The CBMI is essentially involved in Labor 42 because of protection of Health Data which is very important to protect.
